EaseCloud LLC uses the third parties listed below to process personal data. We publish this list so that clients acting as data controllers can meet their obligations under Article 28(3)(d) of the GDPR and equivalent laws, and so that prospective clients can complete a security review without waiting on us.
This list covers two distinct groups. Section 1 covers personal data we process as a controller, meaning visitors to easecloud.io and people who contact us. Section 2 covers personal data we process on behalf of a client under a signed services agreement.
1. Website and Marketing
These sub-processors handle the personal data of site visitors, contact form submissions, newsletter subscribers, and prospects.

Google acts through Google Ireland Limited for users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
2. Client Engagement Delivery
These parties may access personal data contained within a client's systems while we deliver consulting, migration, or managed services under a signed agreement.

Our delivery entity in Lahore is a separate legal entity under common ownership with EaseCloud LLC. EaseCloud LLC contracts with you directly and remains responsible to you for the work it performs. Access to a client environment is granted per engagement, on a least privilege basis, and revoked at its conclusion.
Beyond our delivery entity, the sub-processors involved in any given engagement depend on the scope of that engagement and on the client's own environment. Where we operate inside infrastructure that a client already controls, such as the client's AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud account, we do not introduce a sub-processor. We work under the client's existing relationship with that provider.
Where an engagement requires a sub-processor beyond those named here, we identify it in the applicable statement of work before processing begins.
Transfers Outside the EEA and the United Kingdom
We are a United States company and we process personal data in the United States. Our delivery entity is located in Pakistan. Neither country holds a European Commission adequacy decision that covers our processing.
Where an engagement involves personal data originating in the EEA or the United Kingdom, we put the appropriate Article 46 safeguards in place before that transfer begins, using the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where UK data is involved. Email us for the transfer documentation that applies to your engagement.
Changes to This List
We give clients at least 30 days' notice before we add or replace a sub-processor that will handle their data. During that period a client may object on reasonable data protection grounds, and we will work with them to find an alternative. If we cannot, the client may terminate the affected services without penalty.
